Our family of four (two adults and two children) recently stayed at this Galveston property for two days, and several maintenance and communication issues significantly impacted our experienceAir Conditioning: The AC unit did not cool the property effectively, circulating weak airflow and leaving the interior uncomfortably hot during our stayKitchen Sink Disposal: The garbage disposal unit was non-functional upon our arrival, requiring me to troubleshoot and repair it myself in order to use the sink during our two-day visitLack of Dishwasher: There was no dishwasher in the unit, requiring all dishes to be washed by hand throughout the stay, which is an inconvenient chore during a family vacationHost Communication: I contacted the host regarding the maintenance issues but received no response at allBedroom Doors: The hanging doors to the bedroom could not be fully closed due to a poor fit, leaving 4-6 inches gaps both around the frame and underneath
