The large open kitchen features new appliances and marble countertops and overlooks a spacious den with room for your entire group to spread out and relax, whether it be watching TV on the oversized sectional, cozying up by the wood burning fireplace, or entertaining at the dining table. If you venture out onto the deck you will find a whirlpool hot tub, chairs for lounging, and a space for entertaining. The Master boasts its own private deck on the top floor, ensuring that you are just steps from the salt air no matter where you are in the house.
