Beachfront Condo w/ Ocean, Bay, & City Views! Private Beach Access!

We hope you will consider visiting our home away from home! If you are looking for a quiet beach retreat (or to work or study while on a flexcation with private WIFI), then look no further!

You’ll be on island time as soon as you step off the elevator on the 7th floor. Located ON the beach at the quiet East end of Galveston! No busy streets to cross here! You’ll be able to hear the waves, watch the ships coming in and out of port, and enjoy views of the city. The back balcony also overlooks the year round heated pool and 2 pickleball courts/tennis court of the Islander East.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6. There is a king bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has a full size bed and full size foam sofa sleeper. 3 smart TVs and 2 comfortable sofas complete the living areas.

With a full size kitchen, large island, and stacked washer and dryer in unit, we’ve included all the conveniences of home. There is a pack n play, high chair, and changing pad in the closet. All linens, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic toiletries, dishwasher pods, some coffee, laundry supplies, and beach wagon/chairs/umbrella/toys will be provided to enjoy your stay.

Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. All high touch surfaces, linens, and towels will be sanitized by our cleaning staff prior to your arrival.

The location of this condo is within a five minute drive to downtown or the seawall. We will provide you with our Island top picks for things to see and do, although you will certainly not be disappointed with the views and quick walk onto the beach for a low key get away!

Lastly, there is onsite parking in the gated parking lot for up to 2 cars. When you check in, the 24 hour front lobby staff will greet you and provide you with a parking pass and gate code.

Perfect Experience

Great location, nice quiet part of the beachfront, but not isolated, still close enough to Seawall to have all the conveniences. Well appointed we never wanted/needed anything. Perfect hosts made it stay ideal.

My family loved everything about our trip. The views from the condo were incredible, the walkable beach access was super convenient, and our amazing hosts provided everything we could need and more. The condo was clean with wonderful amenities, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. My kids are already asking if we can go back next summer.

Love the location and views. Quiet and restful. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Quick drive to Seawall and the Strand. Condo is comfortable and well stocked. I’ve learned to bring throw blankets for Spring and Fall condo stays and they came in handy on this trip. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very large condo. It was immaculate with comfortable bedding and towels. 'Very well stocked. The air conditioning is frosty which is a very important point in Galveston in the summer! The double balconies are the best seller. You can look out on the ocean on one side and the ship channel/bay on the other side. The hosts were attentive. 'Great place!

Initially we booked this location for the views. Upon arrival we realised the weather was not in our favor. Despite the weather, we had an amazing experience in Galveston. Perfect place to stay on the beach!

The condo was exactly as expected! It had everything we needed and then some. The board games were a big plus since it was pretty rainy during our visit. Kristen and Brad were great to work with. They kept us up to date on everything happening in Galveston to make sure we could make our vacation happen. The people at the front desk were so friendly and were happy to answer all the questions we had about the town. If we make it back to Galveston we will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Relaxing

My granddaughter and I stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's on the east end of the island (no vehicle traffic on the beach) so you're five minutes from Seawall Blvd. with its activities and restaurants (Pleasure Pier, Gumbo Diner and Mario's Seawall Italian) and ten minutes from The Strand (Mama Teresa's Pizza and Shark Shack).The condo's configuration (both bedrooms face the bay) provides an open concept with the kitchen, dining and living room facing the beach. The furnishings and bedding were comfortable and well maintained. The owners provide clear information about the property and the area. Two tips:Negative: DO NOT park in the 2100 Garage near The Strand. It is unmanned, the ticket readers fail and online assistance in pitiful (took us 45 minutes to get out)Positive: The condo has two pair of binoculars. My granddaughter loved watching the freighters and cruise ships. All in all, a relaxing visit that we look forward to repeating.

Galveston Vacation

We fully enjoyed our time at the property. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Kristen and Brad responded very quickly to the few questions we had. We appreciated the use of the beach items. The location was wonderful. We felt like we had our own private beach! The condo was just a quick drive from the attractions on Seawall BLVD and downtown Galveston. This was a great famiky getaway.

Views, comfort and fabulous location

We ran away for a 2 night get away. From the balcony back, we watched tankers and cruise ships coming and going and from the front, the beach, the waves and less crowding with much privacy! TV's big in every room for hot part of day! Condo staff so helpful and pool for lovely morning dip was perfect for us. NOT WAY OFF FROM TOWN - TOWN IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!! Have nothing but 5 stars to give AWESOME!!!

Our favorite spot

This place is perfect for our family. We love the easy access to the beach and the fact that it is not a busy place. The condo it’s self is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach and relax. I appreciate that there is a washer in dryer in the unit. My only complaints are that the washing machine didn’t seem to drain the clothes at all which required running the dryer several times to dry the clothes and the last time we stayed here there was a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom and this time just a full size bed and a twin pill out couch which wouldn’t have been too bad but the mattress is super thin and not comfortable at all so our kids had to take turns sleeping on the couch in the living room. Other than that we loved our time there and would definitely return in the future.

Arrived, sheets and towels clean, everything else dirty. Called rep, agreed for someone to come in while we went out for dinner. Got back, something had been sprayed, but nothing cleaned, floors, countertops dirty, ,dishwasher full, unlocked so appeared dirty, frige had food in it. We brought some supplies with us, the sleeve of toilette paper we brought with us was gone when we returned from dinner. tried to vacuum, but vacuum battery was dead. Cleaned what we could ourselves.

Our favorite place

This is our second stay, and remains our favorite place, HOWEVER, last time there were bunk beds with a full size and twin mattress, and now there’s a regular full size bed and a pullout sofa twin. We don’t mind utilizing pullout sofas, but this one is a 0/10, would not recommend. The mattress is very thin, very flat, and you feel every metal spring. Our daughter was not pleased. I’m still giving 5 stars bc that was our only negative, but for our daughter to not have a decent place to sleep, we may have to look elsewhere next year. Hopefully they can replace the pullout mattress before next year, or provide another bed option. If you are dependent on the pullout sofa, I would not recommend without checking to see if it’s been updated/replaced. Love the location, views, short walk to the beach. It’s a well equipped with everything your family may need.
