Sono presenti due camere da letto con quattro posti totali più un divano letto matrimoniale in cucina ed un bagno. L'appartamento è completamente arredato e dispone di tutte le comodità, dalle stoviglie alla biancheria, dalla lavatrice alla TV.
C'è un ampio giardino circostante con una terrazza dove è possibile mangiare all'aperto, è disponibile inoltre un garage interno.

L'appartamento è all'interno di una villa, ed è composto da ingresso, soggiorno con cucina e divano letto per due persone, due camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, bagno, veranda dove poter mangiare all'aria aperta e un ampio giardino; per la macchina è possibile parcheggiare nel posto auto interno con accesso tramite il cancello dell'ingresso secondario dedicato all'appartamento. 
Un giro nei dintorni:
L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una splendida villa immersa nel verde, con alberi da frutta come limoni, fichi d'india, alberi di mirto. La località è Galtellì, splendido borgo medievale poco distante dal mare, esattamente sette sono i chilometri che ci dividono dal bellissimo  Golfo di Orosei, dominato dall'imponente monte Tuttavista, dove è possibile fare bellissime escursioni e poter vedere la gigantesca statua del Cristo che domina il monte. Per potersi muovere nei dintorni e vedere le numerose spiagge del Golfo sarebbe indicato spostarsi in macchina, o in alternativa con il pullman che da Galtellì arriva alla spiaggia, o ancora prenotando un'escursione in barca che permette di fare il giro di tutte le calette tramite la minicrociera del Golfo.

Esperienza ottima. La casa è come da foto e la terrazza è il pezzo forte sempre ventilata . Pulizia perfetta e la Signora Teresa molto gentile ma anche discreta nel lasciare agli ospiti la loro privacy pur abitando accanto alla porzione di casa che ha destinato a casa vacanza. Vicino sia alle spiaggie di Orosei sia a Cala Gonone. Siamo stati molto bene.Patrizia
