Villetta Sole

The Villetta Sole is located in the heart of Baia Verde in Gallipoli.

Spread over three levels: you enter from a small flowered space with an outdoor shower, reaching, through a short staircase, a pleasant terrace facing west, rich in privacy with a delightful view of Baia Verde.

The second level consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. The sleeping area is separated from the living area. Through an internal terrace, accessible from the kitchen, you go up to the third and last level where there is a fully equipped laundry room. The top floor consists of a relaxation room that can also be used for an additional friend, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The highlight of the house is the magnificent terrace with outdoor furniture full of taste and charm, where you can spend convivial moments but also relax while enjoying the beautiful sunset over Gallipoli, and a night sky perfect for admiring the stars.

Car parking is available inside the property, shaded by trees, accessed through an automatic gate.
