A comfortable covered veranda, equipped with a large dining table and characterized by a pleasant view of the sea, is the ideal place to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners immersed in the unique atmosphere of the ancient village.
Even more exclusive is the large panoramic terrace on the roof of the apartment, which offers a breathtaking view of the Spiaggia della Purità, the crystal clear sea and the sunsets that have made Gallipoli famous. A unique space where you can relax, sunbathe, sip an aperitif or simply let yourself be enchanted by the colors of the sky that reflect on the sea during the most suggestive hours of the day.
The apartment has a double bedroom and a living area with a comfortable single sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 3 people. The rooms are well organized and designed to ensure comfort and convenience during the vacation. The equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals in total autonomy, offering everything you need to enjoy your stay with maximum comfort.
The private bathroom is located inside the bedroom and is complete with all the essential services to ensure comfort during your stay. The apartment also has air conditioning, essential to make even the hottest days pleasant.
Note for guests: The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building and you have to walk several flights of stairs to reach it. One of the stairs, typical of ancient Gallipoli houses, is narrower than modern standards. This is an authentic feature of the buildings in the historic center that we recommend to take into account in the presence of special mobility needs.
The property houses a total of three apartments within the same building: a studio apartment on the ground floor ideal for 2 people, a three-room apartment on the first floor that can accommodate up to 5 guests and this two-room apartment on the second floor, suitable for 3 people. The main access to the building is shared, while the entrances of the individual apartments are completely independent, ensuring privacy and autonomy for guests. This configuration makes the structure particularly interesting for groups of friends or families who want to stay close while maintaining their own spaces. The apartments can in fact be rented individually or together, offering a total accommodation capacity of up to 10 people.
The position
Staying at this property means experiencing Gallipoli from a privileged perspective. Walking through the characteristic narrow streets of the historic center you can reach typical restaurants, craft shops, churches, historic monuments and the suggestive waterfront overlooking the Ionian Sea in a few minutes.

During the summer months, you could park your car at the port car park, a few hundred meters from the house. Access and parking in the historic center is limited in summer.

-At the time of check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and
to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law. In addition, a credit card will be
required as a guarantee for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed.
-Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50 Euro
will be charged for the replacement of the lock as they are forced for
security reasons.

-Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 are subject to a $50 late arrival fee.
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of 80.
- Additional Requests Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Please leave your keys inside the house (not in the door) and be sure to close the door before going out. For late check-out requests, please arrange this in advance with Marta, who will be happy to confirm if this is possible.

-The house must be free of garbage at the time of check-out
-It is not allowed to disturb the neighborhood during night hours
-We do not accept groups of children that include minors without parents (the age of the guests will be verified upon check-in)
