Independent villa recently built on the ground floor; It is surrounded by greenery in an extensive fenced land area of just over 1,500 meters, making it ideal for a stay with "4-legged friends." A large garden with fruit trees and ornamental plants, proximity to the sea, a tourist-sports center and the center of the city, make the lovely stay.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms, living room-bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, porch for dining and outdoor living room, 2 outdoor showers, kitchenette and outdoor barbecue, laundry room with washing machine, 1000 square meters of garden, parking.
The house is equipped with air conditioning.
Within 200/500 meters, and therefore within easy walking distance, you can find a low cliff with a small sandy cove, sports centers, water playground, swimming pools, restaurant, pizzeria, wine cellar with wine bar, supermarket; 5 minutes by car you can reach wide beaches with pine forest or the center of Gallipoli.
