"I loved that the hotel was a one stop shop. From the restaurant and cafe to the gym to the roof top with food options and the pool. It even has a laundry and spaces to work. It is a little learning curve getting around the hotel, but once you get used to it it’s pretty simple. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was our room and certain spaces had a weird cat smell. We realized it wasn’t just in our room and it only seemed to happen in the bathroom and the water was turned on. Outside of that this place was perfect and highly recommended."

"Beautiful property. The restaurant and breakfast are great. Rooms are cozy and quaint. To consider there shuttle is only to get you to the bridge and walk or cab from there to wherever you’re going. It’s the distance from places such as stores restaurants be prepared for any extra needs of expenses such as bottled water or snacks. Make sure the wine card you prepay for self serve you return for credit it’s $10 a glass and it’s about three sips. But beautiful place and great for quiet and privacy."

"Location was superb. Very, very clean, and the gentleman at the reception desk was incredibly kind and helpful when I had a medical situation and needed his help since I didn’t speak Italian. The building is really interesting because you are basically in sort of an old palace type building and the hotel is just one part of it. There are a lot of twisty, Turney staircases, and the rooftop terrace is literally incredible. The only reason I gave it less than five stars is because the linens were old, and the pillows were hard, very flat. As far as parking, it seemed a bit overwhelming to us at first, but actually, it’s incredibly easy inconvenient. We had to turn into one of those no driving limited zones and we were worried that we incurred a huge fee. But if you stay and park at one of the parking lots inside that area, they have a way so that you don’t get fined. The parking the whole hotel recommended was literally half a block away. Super super easy."
