"Despite an electrical issue on the first night, the management team responded quickly, arranged an alternative stay at another property, and even coordinated a taxi pickup the following morning with clear communication. While the start wasn’t ideal, the remainder of my stay at the property exceeded expectations. The annex is on a very busy street close to the Spanish Steps but it was great to sit on the (tiny) balcony and enjoy the lively atmosphere, noise was not a problem. The room was pretty small but looked recently renovated, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the annex. The location is fantastic with most of the popular sites very walkable."
