We went to the Gaylord Opryland at Christmas time and the decorations were amazing. There were events daily for Christmas that we never left the hotel except to go to a concert at the Grand Ole Opry.

The location is amazing. It’s away from the main entertainment of Broadway but a five minute walk to the main hot spots. The hotel lobby was clean but the rooms were not cleaned well and needed upgrading.

Rude staff, false advertising on Expedia as to airport shuttle.Was told by a very rude lady who answered to just call a taxi and then she hung up on me. Rooms in terrible condition.
