"Booked an economy room since arriving late and early flight. Arrived at 10pm, Unloaded car and went into nice modern lobby. As it turns out the economy room is in the annex, had to push cart full of one month worth of goods in rain over to a rather run down building. NO elevator! Lug suitcases up ..."
