"We didn’t have breakfast or bar the room was clean and staff very nice"

"Thr hotel was very nice entering. Guest Service was not as friendly they made me feel like I did not belong there. The food from the restaurants were very good. The hallways stepping off the elevator smelled like mildew/old water. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was very out dated. The shower walls had mold in certain crevices. I absolutely hated the cloth shower curtains and it's as if a pipe in the shower was leaking from the ceiling of the shower which had a leak stain on the wall in the shower. The pool was very big and beautiful."

"Breakfast needs to be addressed at this property. Since there is an added fee for breakfast, the menu should be at least as good as at other Holiday Inn properties where the breakfast is free. We stayed at this property for four nights and oatmeal was not available for every morning. The cinnamon rolls that are common at other Holiday Inns were never present at this one. "

"For the busy weekend in Houston it was a bargain, but the property is very run down. I would def stay somewhere else next time."

"The room was mediocre as far as cleanliness. The chaise was heavily soiled with something brown, and there were stains on the floor in the carpeting. The towels look like some have been used, and the Kleenex was all balled up in the container."

"Didn’t like parking around the corner if you’re not using valet. Staff was extremely nice ie valet, housekeeping and front desk"
