Located at 19 Farmstead Lane. This is a three level townhome with 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 double beds and one with bunk bed/trundle bed ( sleeps three, great for kids). Beautifully maintained and appointed townhome for your family get away or a great rental for a friends weekend away. Centrally located close to main lodge core amenities/owners club, close to walking trails, walking distance to territory grocery store/deli and lake. Access to owners club provided with rental. Fireplace (firewood provided) , granite countertop in kitchen, two big screen HDTV TV's in main level living room and family room downstairs, all bedrooms have HDTV. Two exterior decks overlooking golf course fairway. New appliance's, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, all dishware, silverware, cookware, linens, provided in kitchen. Linens, soap/shampoos/conditioner's provided in all bathrooms. Washer/dryer provided with detergents.

3 floors fit for the family (and small dog)

Because of its 3 floors this condo fits a lot into its compact layout. Good location close to walking trails. Kitchen stocked for simple cooking needs.

Great location for student event

This was an excellent place to conduct an officer retreat for a high school group. Quiet location with lots of room to work. Very clean and great amenities.

Great spot in Galena Territory

Our group had a great time staying at this place! Location was perfect for doing anything at Eagle Ridge resort. Host responded to all questions quickly and had the house in great shape. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in nice area

Lots of space for a bigger group! We were able to stay downstairs with the kids and the rest of the family could be upstairs so we werent all on top of each other. Very clean. Great place!

Country Fair Holiday

First time staying at the unit. Facilities were as advertised and everything was in good working order. Couldn't figure out the TV (printed instructions would help). Plenty of room and good sleeping accommodations.

Overall good

Our stay in Galena was good, over all. The townhome was perfect for our needs and in a great location. The Owners Club options were wonderful. My only disappointment was that the kitchen had very limited pots and pans and very dull knives for a fully stocked kitchen. That limited some of the meals we could make. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

A few issues

Several friends and I rented the townhouse for a getaway to Galena to shop and enjoy the surroundings. The townhouse is laid out well for a group ~ room for socializing, separate rooms, and 3 baths. However, we encountered some issues. The townhouse was very dusty and needed a cleaning. In addition, the dishwasher was detached from the cabinet and unusable. For these reasons, we were disappointed in our stay at the townhouse.

Nice property in excellent location.

I appreciated Ryan's communication before the trip and willingness to provide an early check in. Unfortunately Ryan was out of the country during our stay and did not send the check in instructions, including the key code. About 8 hours after our 1st attempt to reach him, we finally received the information. I believe this is an unusual occurrence but it was frustrating to not be able to reach someone during the rental for help. We were also told there would be 6 pool passes but only 3 were in the house. I am hoping we don't get charged for the missing passes. Because we didn't want to pay the fee to get other people in to the Owners Club, we went to the resort pool instead (we had family staying there as well). A bit frustrating as this was the main reason we picked the propertyThe house is definitely older and some work is needed (carpeting is bunching up, etc). But the price was great compared to other, newer homes. You can tell Ryan does do what he can to keep the property clean and in a decent condition. One other note - there are about 10 steps down to the condos and no ramp for wheelchairs or walkers. My mother has a walker and this presented a bit of a challenge. And there is very little lighting in the complex so its very dark and hard to see if you arrive at night.

Cute, spacious condo in Galena Territory.

The owner was very friendly, accommodating and prompt with his responses. The location is amazingly beautiful! The residence had plenty of space for all of us. We did not have a chance to use the Owners Club. There were just a few negatives: The upstairs bedroom was very hot when we got there, so we jacked the AC. This made the rest of the condo chilly, and the upstairs doable - with a provided box fan over the floor register, and the above ceiling fan going. Second I had to give a three out of five for cleanliness for a couple of reasons: the upstairs bedroom needed dusting/cleaning: the bedside table had marks from a glass which I wiped off, the dresser had some kind of goo on it that I scraped off with my fingernail. The headboard was quite dusty. There was a cute wash basin on the dresser but it had dead bugs and a lot of dust in it. Also, the sheets on our bed had some leg hairs we had to brush off when we pulled back the covers. Our family said the other bedrooms were fine and main level bed was the most comfortable they'd ever slept in! The kitchen table was very spacious but it was sticky so I had to clean that off. Finally, we noticed ants crawling on the kitchen counter one night, so we had to kill the them and clean the counter before we could food prep. A bit icky, but we just dealt with it. Owner was great, but I would recommend a new cleaning service.
