"Step back in time in this little village near the coast. Each little apartment has a living space, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen which includes microwave oven, stove and Smeg espresso machine on the main floor with winding steps up to a loft with a comfortable bed. The restaurant has a great chef with lots of homemade Portuguese dishes. We highly recommend this place.

"beautiful view but very little staff in each villa only available at the main reception which is a 7 minute walk uphill difficult for someone that’s less mobile and older and didn’t get the room we originally booked but view was beautiful as was the spa for the price"
"This hotel was clean and centrally located. Please be aware that they charge 7euros per luggage if you need luggage storage ahead of your check-in. Also, be aware that rooms do not have mini fridges, and some rooms have old and weak A/C units."
"A lovely hotel situated in the middle of a rural area so driving is a must. Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and treatment rooms available.
Food was good but repetitive so most days we had breakfast then spent of the day out and had dinner before going back to the hotel."

"Perfect spot to stay in Lagos. We rented a car and drove from Lisbon. There is a public parking lot in front of the hotel. Praia Dona Ana beach is a 3 min walk and you have the entire trail (boardwalk) to see all the famous beaches and cliffs. To get to the town center, it’s a max 20 min walk on the trail along the coast…beautiful walk. It’s all boardwalk so none of the trails are rough. Our room was perfect for 2 people but we did upgrade to a larger room, the view was amazing. Breakfast buffet was ok (fine if you’re just looking for coffee and a croissant). There isn’t much in terms of shopping/markets right in the area. The beach has a beach bar/restaurant (food was ok, cocktails are good, mainly go here if you want sun beds 25 euro for 2). Or, the beach is public and you can setup with an umbrella. "
