"The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate. Understand it’s a place surrounded by nature but also spotted a mouse in one of the rooms, the staff were quick to respond and helped checked the rooms. The lagoon area with water was dirty "

"I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service. During one of my outings, I ended up at a place where I could not get a Grab back to the hotel. I contacted the hotel, and they arranged a vehicle to pick me up. That really helped me a lot, especially as I was travelling alone and not familiar with the area. Overall, Alltrue Hotel Bintan was a reliable and reassuring stay. It gave me the safety, comfort, and support I needed after a stressful start to my trip. I would recommend it especially to solo travellers who want a cleaner, safer, and more convenient hotel base in Tanjung Pinang."

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were absolutely excellent—courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, though the pool is quite basic. The only issue we encountered was with room amenities. We traveled as a family of five (two adults and three kids) and booked two connecting rooms. Since there were five of us, I requested just one extra pillow so everyone would have one. However, I was told that hotel policy requires an additional nightly charge per extra pillow. It felt like a bizarre policy to charge a family just to have one pillow per person. Aside from this strange hidden fee, everything else about our stay was perfect. Location was excellent, 3 mins walk to ferry terminal."

"The property is awesome, it clean, comfortable, quiet and better then we expected. Everyone in this trip is very happy and statifised with the room and it environment. Breakfast is good and the environment to have it is good and above expectations. The only draw back and negative thing is my room which is a family room wasnt ready at 3 plus when I reached there and tried to check. It is only ready at 4 plus close to 5 which is something there can be improved on. Overall it a good property and a good experiences. Will definitely recommend it my friend and will choose this again next time I am coming to batam."
