"In the center"

"Very nice hotel centrally located near the Plaza Pilar, Plaza España and the old town. Transportation is readily available to take you anywhere in the cith from the Plaza de España. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My oly negative is that the rooms might benefit from a refresh of the carpet and beds."

"Very good location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and sites. Parking garage under hotel was easy to manage. However was difficult to find side street from main street. The hotel staff was very friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable, very lumpy pillow. Thin walls, was able to hear neighbors on both sides of the wall. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was dangling out of the wall. But in general very nice and fancy looking hotel. Breakfast wasn’t worth the cost but convenient. "

"Good location for walking to the main sights of Zaragoza. We left the car parked in secure underground parking for our entire stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with reception staff having good English. We did not take breakfast, but the evening menu in the restaurant was excellent value, with a selection of starters, mains and desserts plus bread and a drink for 18.50 euros. The food was very good both times we ate there. Rooms were comfortable and quiet."

"Staff were really friendly and the food in the main restaurant was of Michelin star quality. The bedrooms are showing some wear and tear but were spacious and clean. Looking forward to returning next year. :0)"
