Wonderful experience in Sri Lankan wilderness
We had a lovely time at Gal Oya lodge. The whole team made us feel so welcome and it was a lovely place to take our 18month old daughter. The guided walks were a highlight as was the delicious food.

Lovely hotel for getting close to nature.
This is a lovely hotel well designed to blend into its natural surroundings. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the naturalists are amazing. Both the jeep and boat safaris were fantastic with great sightings of wild elephants, the opportunity to walk in the national park was a real bonus as was the chance to meet and walk with a tribal elder.

Personnel adorable. Aux petits soins pour nous. Un lieu qui ne manque d'aucun charme. Très regardant sur l'écologie. Tout est fait pour ne pas utiliser de ressources inutiles. Le chef fait une cuisine excellente. Seul petit regret de ne pas avoir pu faire le safari en bateau.

Nice private jungle hotel
This hotel is unique because of the position in the jungle. No phone and internet available. Be aware to take enough cash with you for paying safaris and food/drinks, because they charge a extra fee for using your card due to the absince of internet connectoin with the bank. We recommanded the boatsafari, despite being quite expensive, it is worth every dollar.
