"Excellent customer service, they offered an upgrade at their sister Boutique Hotel Badhaus. Beautiful, modern, centrally located with a private parking. Their stay conviniently includes a Südtirol Guest Pass, complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Brixen/Bressanone."

"Excellent location! Very quiet, friendly and hospitable staff. Breakfast was very good. The sauna area which could be booked and used without other guests was also a plus point. Shame that the restaurant wasn't opened the two days we were there. "
