"Breakfast was perfect way to start the day! Location was so close and convenient and driving there was easy especially since they are just outside the ZTL. Would totally stay again!"

"This was not a genuine 4 star Hotel. It was dated with problems with the bathroom etc - sink not draining etc Parking was absurd. 30 minutes notice required to get your car for 30 euro. We paid nearly $350 Australian a night which was ridiculous for the Hotel quality. It was not NH standard nor 4 star standard. I am regular stayer at NH Hotels & generally find them good but not this one. The stay has me seriously rethinking using Expedia going forward. You can see from my spending with Expedia I am good regular user & never complain. But with this stay I feel very short changed "

"This hotel had everything and more. We made use of the terrace with a lovely, extensive breakfast served to us by room service. The whole hotel is like a museum. It really is a beautiful space. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample. Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little light pollution so starry skies at night. Just what we needed this trip. Thank you! Like many cities there is a tourism / hotel tax."

"No A/C even though explicitly stated. And then because of the no A/C, was required to leave the windows open so was frequently woken up by tourists on the streets, loud cars/motorcycles and the church bells at 7:30am. "
