Located just 1 mile from the University of Florida campus, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (The Swamp), the Stephen C. O’Connell Center (O’Dome), and UF Health Shands Hospital, you’ll spend less time driving and more time enjoying your visit.

Originally built as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, we have thoughtfully configured it as a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath guest home. One bedroom and one bathroom are reserved for our family’s personal belongings and are not accessible to guests, giving you the privacy of the entire guest portion of the home.

Throughout the home you’ll discover football programs dating back to 1948, vintage schedules including 1968, memorabilia from the 1970s and 1980s, a 1992 Gator coffee mug, championship keepsakes from the 1996, 2006, and 2008 national football championships, and tributes to Florida’s basketball championship teams.

These aren’t reproductions—they’re authentic pieces collected over a lifetime that make this home unlike any other place you’ll stay in Gainesville.
