Short stay in Gainesville

The property was clean, well decorated, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for us to visit family and access restaurants. We'll add this location to our favorites.

Everything was wonderful at this beautiful home!

What an awesome location

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this location. It’s clean, and very well maintained. If you are looking for a nice place to relax after a day on the lake look no further. We would highly recommend and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

House is beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We were only 5 minutes from our family. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the lake through the trees. We saw a couple deer in the backyard in the mornings. Excellent place to stay that is close to everything and we will definitely stay there again.

Great house, a few hiccups

The place is wonderful. We weren’t sent the check in info on time so had to kill time around town til we got in touch with the owner, but other than that, it was very clean and very close to Gainesville marina (where we kept our boat)!

Nice place for a short stay in Gainesville

Nicely decorated but missing essentials for longer stay. Not enough kitchen implements for cooking anything beyond very basic.

The Lake House

The entire stay at The Lake house was wonderful. The communication with Tania Brown was fantastic. The place is quiet, extremely clean, quiet and very practical to all the key areas. Would definitely consider returning to the Lake House.

Lovely little house

This was a nice stay. Kitchen was lightly equipped, but if you are thinking of cooking your own meals, you may want to bring some pots or pans with you. There is heavy construction that you must drive through in order to get to the house, and it really is all that is currently visible out the back. It is a quiet neighborhood and was great for evening walks.

Very clean house and quiet area. Nice view of the backyard, however there’s no view and no access to Lake Lanier. Not much to do on the property except walking on a quiet and newly paved subdivision street. Thank you for the Keuric cup, cream and sugar.

Peaceful Home

I was in the area for a conference. My friend ended up not getting to go and so I went alone. It was a very clean, peaceful home. Being alone, I never felt concerned. The owner provided access to the garage which was very nice. Just know, the driveway is VERY steep. If you have more than one car, you will need to utilize the garage for at least one vehicle to get turned around and back down. I was grateful for my cameras on my vehicle. Would highly recommend this home to stay in.

An Island of Tranquility off The Beaten Path

I recently travelled to Gainesville with my sister and brother-in-law so he could be evaluated for potential cancer treatment at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. We appreciated the relative seclusion and serenity of the neighborhood the Lake Lanier House is located in. We took the opportunity to stroll around the area and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. The house itself was very clean, well furnished and very comfortable, with a nice view off the back patio. All appliances and fixtures were in good working order. The only real drawback was the rather steep and narrow driveway. Fortunately, the driveway directly in front of the garage is wide enough to turn around on before beginning the descent back down to the road.
