  • This home is perfectly located at the highest point of the land overlooking Lake Lanier and the majestic North Georgia Mountain both at the same time. The home is modern and design with entertaining in mind for family and friends with plenty of room to spread out for multiple activities. Boasting 5,500 square feet with all King beds and high-quality beds w/ luxury beddings because a great night sleep is the best feeling to wake up to. All bedrooms have plenty of space & no need to fight who gets the King beds. This home has total privacy unlike most homes in Lanier and unique compound lot at the top as you drive into the property. All 4 bedrooms are located at the main level (2 master + 2 Guest) and 2 Bdr. at basement level. There is dock access from the house (12 min walk on steep slope).
