"I checked in online before heading to the hotel because I knew we would be arriving late at night. When we get there around 10:30 p.m., there are several people waiting in the lobby. They were waiting because they had just been told that they were overbooked and there were no more rooms. When I was told this, along with the fact that I would not be charged a cancellation fee (?), I was told to go check the hotel next door. They didn’t have anything either. I went back to the hotel and asked about the manager. She said he was on his way there to clean rooms but offered no other information. While I was waiting, at least 3 more families were turned away that had reservations. We were all there for a graduation the next day. It is simple math. Know how many reservations you have and clean the rooms. Do better."
