The staff wasn’t very friendly, like unhappy because I was there, I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee and they don’t have, I didn’t have cream and sugar on my room for the coffee they offered and the staff wasn’t sure about that, the room was clean but looks like the previous guest was diabetic and left the insulin on the refrigerator and the person who cleaned the room didn’t notice or the room never was cleaned, that freaked me out… the back side of the parking lot looks very unsafe, dark and sketchy.

I couldn't stay here after making the booking ( car rental situation ) the front desk ladies are rude,unprofessional and everyone give you a different orientation. For me the place could be awesome beautiful but if the costumer service is bad... ¡ I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT !

I booked my stay on Expedia and paid for it through them. The lady at the front desk was new and not trained well and charged my card again. After bringing it up to the manager they said I couldnt get a refund for 10 business days in a time when I could really use the money. So their lack of competence and lack of training of the new hire costed me access to money I needed for the better part of 2 weeks..

Pictures online were very deceiving. The front building where all you do is check in looks nice. Once you leave that building to go to your or anyone else’s room, the place is a dive. Very old and not well maintained. Damaged uneven walkways, filthy nasty pool. Sketchy guests. Would never go back.

Pool and pool area dirty. Floor in room sticky and dirty. Water in shower lukewarm never hot. Parking was far away from our room. Breakfast was supposed to be included free but when food ran out staff did not restock that or coffee.

This is the first review I have ever left anywhere. This quality inn was so disappointing. Roaches were in the room, loud music and people hanging outside of their rooms up until midnight. First thing in the morning music blaring out of their cars walls were so thin you can hear the people talking, and five days later, I’ll still don’t have my deposit returned

The people working the desk answered my questions and were kind. The room was remodeled and clean, however, the floors do need cleaned better. Stayed there hoping to feed my family before getting on the road again, the breakfast was not kept up. There was barely anything available.

Roach spotted in the room within first 5 minutes. First floor room and we could hear every person that walked and talked outside of our window along the sidewalk. Desk attendant at check in was efficient, but made no attempt to be friendly or welcoming.

We arrived at the hotel and more like a motel. Room very unclean, toilet dirty, desk chair very dirty and torn would not sit in it. We were dr ing thru and looking for a nice pool. Pool was disgusting and found out after we complained about the pool that it was closed. Not told in check-in or on booking. We stayed a Quality in Whyteville the day before and it was excellent. Did get a full refund but did have to unload all our belongings and then turnaround and put them back in the car.

This property was not as advertised on Expedia. It was like a dirty motel and it was advertised as a hotel. I checked in and went to my room. The comforter had stains. The door had a gap I could see outside. I could hear everything outside as if I had the door wide open. Needless to say I left an hour later for another hotel. They won’t give me my money back for the 4 day stay. The manager works the graveyard so she won’t return my calls. Stay away from this place
