"Bed was comfortable. AC did not work until manager came and unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset it. Cord was hidden under carpet. Took the towels after the first night even though we hung them up but never brought fresh. The hallway carpet was stained and very dirty. Breakfast area was very basic. One carafe of coffee that always seemed to be empty. Spills on the floor right in front of the elevator that patrons had to walk around but the staff did too. It was an ok stay for two nights but the facility could use a lot of updates."
"We stayed here mid move and it was lovely. Communication was incredible and the graciousness of hosts was beyond appreciated. Home is very well maintained, our dogs loved the fenced in yard, and everyone had their own space. Thank you for a great experience. "

"The Blue Bungalow is a perfect stay if you’re looking for a well-appointed, quaint space with all the necessary amenities. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the bathroom is updated nicely. We appreciated the little extra touches like syrups for the coffee and assortment of toiletry items. Check in was easy, and host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again when in the Richmond area!"
