"We had a wonderful time during our stay! The Octagon was clean and spacious! This was the perfect home to relax and unwind! We enjoyed the game room. We had great star viewing each night on the deck. The large fire pit was perfect for s’mores! We enjoyed exploring the land; checking out the creek, trails, and pond area. Joe was very responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay. Just a couple notes and why we didn’t give 5 stars- the rooms were a little less private due to gaps from where the top of the door meets the ceiling. There is no place to store clothing in the bedrooms. Some of the appliances were usable but could use some updating. Also, be careful when showering that no one flushes a toilet in the house- we discovered this stops the shower water and then it turns very hot. The trails were pretty overgrown so we didn’t go very far on the ones we tried to explore."

"Wonderful property. Home is stocked with everything you can need. Great location. The yard is huge!! Hot tub was great to enjoy after the long hikes and biking at the PA Grand Canyon. It was nice to have campfires in the evening. My family had a great time. Definitely recommend this property!"
