- This detached holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Gaienhofen and offers a magnificent view of Lake Constance and Switzerland across the lake.
The lake, with its swimming area and playground, is easily accessible with a short walk (approx. 500 m).
Our light-filled house has a living area of approximately 138 m² and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The four bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet; the ground-floor bathroom also features a bathtub.
Our well-equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher provides the perfect setting for cooking together.
A heat pump with an automatic ventilation system and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable and pleasant living environment.
