"The property needs serious upgrades. It feels quite dated and does not justify the tariff they charge. When we checked in, there was not enough staff available, so the manager and security person had to attend to our requests. Overall, the service and facilities did not match the price we paid."

"It is centrally located and I was given a large room. The worst part was it had molds and the room outside smelled of ammonia. The breakfast wasn’t great and the was very limited food to eat that did not cater for people from abroad."

"Very disappointing experience and far below the standard of hospitality we expected from a five-star hotel. We paid over ₹20,000 for our stay from August 16–19. I specifically chose Sayaji so my 70-year-old father, 65-year-old mother, and 15-year-old son would be comfortable while I was away. Around 1:00 AM, my son suffered a severe allergic reaction following what appeared to be a bug/insect bite at the hotel. He has a severe sensitivity to bug bites, and the reaction caused significant health...
