"Property is perfect for a game or weekend in B/CS. Host was unbelievable gracious and kind. Embodies Brazos County friendliness I remember from the 80s and 90s lost in the rest of Texas. Property was clean and well kept. The only minor hiccup was figuring out how to turn on the shower (pull down under the faucet) which confused our guests under 40. They had it stocked with beer and snacks for us. Walk to/from Kyle Field isn't too bad and safe (17 - 18 minutes after Yell Practice in the dark) but they had a parking pass across from Kyle Field for the game (which we didn't use because we were drinking so I can't comment on that experience). Really nice to have a keypad lock so no keys to worry about. Great experience from start to finish and will 100% return with family and friends. "
