Pleasant location

The chairs still on table & 3 fly papers full of dead flies in kitchen diner. Much of crockery chipped,glasses & cutlery all different, The ashtrays on outside tables were full. A broken flush mechanism in the middle floor WC (repaired after 3 days by my son, a plumber). Only 1 hair drier (2 promised)-a new one was brought by caretaker on day 3,she also supplied a tub for carrying wet washing and pegs & kitchen scissors. The pool was cold and green with algae.No ping pong as promised.

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen und ausreichend für viele Familien. Uns sind jedoch Dinge aufgefallen, bei denen wir erst nach anfänglicher Durchsprache und entschieden haben, diese zu melden. 1. (leichter) Schwarzschimmel in zwei Zimmern 2. Unausreichend befestigter Hängeschrank 3. lose Steckdose in Kinderhandhöhe Alle 3 Dinge habe ich an Tag 4 ggü. dem Verwalter (zu den Besitzern habe ich keine Kontaktmöglichkeit gefunden) per WA angemahnt; es aber eher als Hinweis gemeldet.....

Den Gastgeber haben wir nie kennengerlernt, aber die Verwalter. Wir haben nach längerem diskutieren an Tag 4 darauf hingewiesen, dass in 2 Zimmern leichte Schimmelspuren waren und als Reaktion wurde uns erklärt, dass wir daran Schuld sein sollen. Weiterhin war eine Steckdose in Kinderhandhöhe locker und ein Hängeschrank nicht absturzsicher angebracht (die Aufhängung war schlicht zu kurz). Die Art und Weise der Kommunaktion war ebenfalls nicht kooperativ. Wir können das Haus, welches ansonsten durchaus angenehm war, nicht weiter empfehlen.

Skiurlaub in Fusch

Wir hatten das Haus mit 18 Personen belegt. Die Unterkunft war beim Einzug sauber und ordentlich. Der große Gemeinschaftsbereich mit dem riesigen Tisch ist für Gruppen bestens geeignet. Die Sauna war auch sehr gut und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Da wir auch Kinder dabei hatten, konnten wir die zwei Zimmer mit den 1,40m breiten Betten gut aufteilen. Sonst wird es dort eng. Die Rückübergabe war entspannt und ohne Probleme. Wir würden die Hütte wieder buchen und haben entspannte Tage verbracht.

Tolle Unterkunft für Gruppen mit Kindern

Wir hatten trotz Regenwetter einen tollen Aufenthalt mit 22 Personen (davon 9 Kinder). Der Außenbereich mit Rutsch, Schaukel, Trampolin und Griller ist wunderschön und im Haus ist genug Platz, dass die Kinder spielen konnten und wir Erwachsenen zusammensitzen konnten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

für Ferienaufenthalt einer Großfamilie wirklich bestens geeignet. Für Kinder genügend Platz (Wiese) Trampolin, Tischfussball, Tischtennis. Riesengroßer Esstisch ,Grill Möglichkeit. Wir haben das alles sehr genossen.

Urokliwie położony dom wakacyjny, zdala od ruchu samochodowego. Dom posiada wszelkie niezbędne wyposażenie. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, w razie potrzeby zawsze do dyspozycji. Na wielki plus sauna.

Opzich een redelijk huis, keuken groot genoegvoor grote groep, mag op diversen plekken wel iets schoner (spinnen ragen en stof) Prijs kwaliteit verhouden niet goed, bedden redelijk, keuken boven niet geheel werkend, douch hoek werd midden in de week vervangen waardoor er een dag geen gebruik van gemaakt kon worden.

Praktische Unterkunft für große Gruppe

wir waren über Silvester mit 10 Erw. und 4 Kindern in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gemeinschaftsraum war groß genug um gemeinsam zu kochen/essen/spielen... Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut. Man ist sofort in der Natur und zu den Skipisten sind es auch nur 20 Minuten

Einiges müsste erneuert werden

Jacuzzi nicht mehr vorhanden. Für Kinder draußen nur ein Trampolin. Keine Feuerschale, ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, müsste einiges grundsätzlich erneuert werden. Teilweise fallen Lattenroste raus, Türklinken ab… Nachdem einige Mängel erwähnt wurden, sagte man ja das ist bekannt, muss noch repariert werden. Versprochen wurde eine Kinderschaukel ab dem zweiten Tag. Am dritten Tag wurde diese angeliefert, aber nicht aufgebaut bis zum letzten Tag.

Schönes Haus auf tollem Gelände in einem bezaubernden Tal.

Das Landhaus Bergfried liegt in einem wunderschönen Tal. Vom Haus aus lassen sich tolle Wanderungen für Groß und klein unternehmen. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Außengelände um das Haus bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten der Freizeitbeschäftigung. Die Nähe zur Großglocknerstraße haben wir nicht als störend empfunden, da sie in der Nacht auch gesperrt ist.
