This modern holiday home is directly on the harbor of the small fishing village Funtana - just minutes from Porec - situated. The beach is already in about 150m distance. The ideal place for beach lovers. The roof terrace invites with its unique view of the harbor, to a pleasant evening with a glass of Istrian wine, the evening hour.

In this holiday home is a modern, three-storey mid-terrace house with modern facilities and a total of two terraces incl. Garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue.

In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, a market, several small supermarkets, a bakery and a cash machine. Numerous excursion places such. B. Porec, Vrsar, Pula, Rovinj, Umag - and the artists' village Groznjan and Motovun are beautifully situated to reach Funtana ideal for a day trip.

A great stay. Very clean and tidy. Had a bit of a problem trying to find the unit but once we did it was very nice. Had a problem with the hot water for showers. First renters of the season. But quickly resolved. Enjoyed. Would stay again if we would return.

Super Lage für einen entspannten Badeurlaub.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man ist schnell an schönen Stränden und kann hervorragend Ausflüge machen. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet, die Bäder sind luxuriös. Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils einem jugendlichen Kind, also 6 Pers. das war perfekt.

Schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Alles in allem 5 von 5 Sternen. Ein paar kleine „Problemchen“ am Tag der Anreise, um die sich der Gastgeber schnellstens gekümmert hat. Also meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉 deshalb immer locker bleiben und den Urlaub genießen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus!

Wir waren mit unseren drei erwachsenen Kids ( und Freund der Tochter) zu sechst in dieser schönen Unterkunft . Es hat uns allen rundum richtig gut gefallen, von der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, da wir überwiegend gekocht/ gegrillt haben , war für unsere big family alles da . Der Bäcker ist quasi um die Ecke, bei Sandro ( Metzger) haben wir auch fast alles bekommen . Wir werden die tolle Umgebung und die mega Aussicht vermissen…..

Funtana 2022

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten hat sich Familie Albrecht darum gekümmert. Obst und Gemüsehandler sowie der Bäcker sind ein Laufweg von 2 min. auch der Metzger Sandro hat eine super Qualität und sind auch nur 3min..zu laufen. Es sind sehr schöne Strandabschnitt und die Tipps der Fam. Albrecht waren spitze, gerne jederzeit wieder. Es war alles total und unkompliziert wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.👍😊 Liebe Grüße Familie Höllerl

Einfach ein rundum gelungener Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unseren 5 jährigen Zwillingen und den Großeltern zum ersten Mal in Funtana. Sowohl das kleine Dorf als auch dieses sehr moderne und komplett eingerichtete Haus haben uns komplett überzeugt. Bei unserer Ankunft waren alle Betten frisch bezogen und das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts auch Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und angenehm. Die Informationen die man im Voraus vom Vermieter bekommt, sind wirklich top. Viele Anregungen und die komplette Ausstattung des Hauses lassen sich wiederfinden. Alle Angaben sind wahrheitsgemäß gewesen - bis auf die letzte Gabel 😉 Funtana selbst bietet eine tolle Variation an verschiedenen Stränden, Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Die Einwohner sind sehr nett und die kleinen Geschäfte - vor allem der Metzger - machen richtig Spaß. Wir sind alle total begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung mit schönen Terrassen

Sehr modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, zentral in Funtana mit drei tollen Terrassen. Wir haben uns mit zwei Familien in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die zwei Klimaanlagen war es trotz großer Hitze sehr gut auszuhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage, sauber, perfekter Urlaub!!!

Das Haus liegt optimal zu mehreren Stränden, Restaurants, Supermarkt und zum Hafen! Wir waren mit 3 (kleineren) Kindern unterwegs und das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Alles in allem war alles super!

Alles was den Gastgeber betrifft, kann man nur das vollstes Lob aussprechen. Der Vermieter ist wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage, neuer Supermarkt in der Nähe, die Wohnung und gesamte Anlage sauber und funktionell, alles in neuwertigem Zustand. Für Kroatien echt ein schönes kleines Städtchen zum Entspannen. Das Ferienhaus ist ideal in Nähe des Hafen gelegen. Im Haus findet sich alles was man benötigt - und noch mehr. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt ein, sich auch einmal selbst etwas zu zu bereiten und auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen. Neben Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einer Eisdiele, lädt die Stadt zum erholen und entspannen ein. Die nächsten Badestrände sind in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Region ist traumhaft schön und bietet viele Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten - geeignet für Groß und Klein. Sehr zu empfehlen und super Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

nagelneue Immobilie, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet perfekt geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll sämtliche Haushaltsgegenstände - sei es die Kücheneinrichtung oder Waschmaschine - sind vorhanden man kann zwischen zwei Terrassen wählen - zum gemütlichen Abendgetränk die Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer oder für Frühstück und Abendessen die großzügige ebenerdige Terrasse mit großem Tisch auch innen findet man einen großzügigen Essensbereich im kombinierten Wohn-/Küchenbereich Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss ist vorhanden, sehr praktisch an heißen Sommertagen die Bäder sind modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit genügend Platz auch für 2 Personen und die insgesamt 3 Toiletten machen ein entspanntes Zusammenleben möglich in den Schlafräumen findet sich genug Stauraum für das persönliche Gepäck und hier ist auch genügend Bewegungsfreiheit außerdem kann man alle Schlafräume durch große Jalousien komplett verdunkeln (wichtig für den Kinderschlaf, auch mittags) WLAN gibt es im Haus - auch sehr praktisch und ein großer Flachbildfernseher mit allen deutschen Programmen

Wunderschönes modernes und doch warm und freundlich wirkend

Top ausgestattet, super sauber, liebevolle Details! Wir hatten nichtvso tolles Wetter haben also mehr Zeit drinnen verbracht und waren um die vielen indoor Möglichkeiten dankbar- vor allem sah es besser als auf dem Photos aus. Die Gegend sehr ruhig, familienfreundlich, die Information durch die Gastgeber super! Alles sehr professionell und dementsprechend glatt gelaufen- gerne wieder- das nöchste mal bitte mehr Sonne- die Gegend ist nämlich traumhaft schön ;)

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe-sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber bei der Ankunft. Die moderne Einrichtung hat uns zugesagt. Die Klimaanlage im Eingangsbereich ist sehr hilfreich bei 40 Grad in der Sonne. Wir haben uns darauf immer gefreut :) Die Einrichtung in der Küche ist sehr komfortabel, alles ist da: moderner Grill obendrauf. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, man bekommt für sein Geld eine moderne Einrichtung und ein zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus! UND: die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett, sind mit uns während des Aufenthalts in Kontakt gewesen, freundlich und hilfsbereit für Fragen. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub :)
