It certainly is a flat with a view which is a selling point of this property. If you don't have a car be prepared for a steep walk up the hill to the property. There is however a good garage space ( better access than alot of other funchal properties) . The flat was in a quiet location and has a lovely pool area. The flat was clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay : Liked the space, the balcony and the amazing views of Funchal, the parking, the location and how close was to the center.. Great assistance from Mr Vitor who fixed the remote controls for the television. Could not use the washing machine as liquid was not included. Same with other products needed to run an apartment like toilet paper, rubish bags etc. It would be nice to be included not so much for their value (as it is minimal) but more for the practicality.

After several years of stays when we have raised maintenance issues a general decline has continued and this apartment is becoming increasing shabby and ill equipped. Lack of instructions and general information now also missing. The bed needs binning it is broken and pillows are hardly fit for purpose.
