Located just 300 metres from the heart of Funchal, this apartment is the ideal refuge for those who want to be in the urban centre, a stone's throw from restaurants, cafés, shops and the vibrant city life. Despite its central location, the apartment offers a true oasis of tranquillity, where every detail has been designed to provide comfort and well-being.



The apartment is bright and elegantly decorated, consisting of a bedroom with a king-size bed, perfect for a couple, and a living room with a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating an additional person, adult or child.



The dining area, integrated with the fully equipped kitchen, ensures practicality and comfort for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. The complete bathroom serves all guests, and a practical laundry area with washing machine, clothes line and household utensils facilitates your stay.



Access to the building's private car park via the lift allows you to explore the island with complete freedom and security.



By car, in just a few minutes you can reach the romantic Monte area, the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos or the impressive viewpoint of Cabo Girão, Europe's highest cliff and the world's second highest. In 20 minutes, you reach Ponta do Sol to enjoy an unforgettable sunset, or venture onto the trails and levadas that make Madeira so unique. To the north, you can explore the natural pools of Porto Moniz, Seixal Beach and the typical houses of Santana.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
