SMOKING

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Indoor smoking incurs an additional €150 cleaning fee.



JACUZZI USE

On arrival day, Jacuzzi use may occasionally be delayed while cleaning or warming is completed. We will let you know if this affects your stay.



On checkout day, Jacuzzi use ends at 9:00 a.m., and our team may access the terrace from that time for cleaning.

Other Things to Note:

RESPECTFUL COMMUNITY

The building is home to permanent residents as well as visiting guests. No parties or loud noise are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Keep shared areas clean and dry.



REGISTERED GUESTS AND IDENTIFICATION

Only guests declared in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Valid identification is required for every guest. Undeclared guests carry a penalty of €300 per guest per night.



VISITORS

All visitors need to be declared to the host before entering the property. The building’s pools and other common areas are for registered guests only. Visitors may not use them.



CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.



SHARED POOL

Shared rooftop infinity pool (not heated), open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Food, drinks and loud equipment are not permitted in the pool area. Please shower before swimming and dry off before leaving the pool area.



GARAGE REMOTE

The replacement charge for a lost or damaged garage remote is €100.
