-City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.
-If you plan to rent a car, we would recommend a small car, the narrow garage access can be challenging for non locals.
-Information for SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) should be sent when requested.
-Kindly request your help in safeguarding the elevator access card. This cards are expensive and in the event of misplacement or damaged we will gently request a 50€ fee to ensure a replacement.
-NEVER leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. If the door closes accidentally, it will no longer be possible to open it with another key. In this case, a service must be requested at the guest's expense.
-Each set of lost keys will incur a fee of 50€. In the event that the garage door opener is also lost, an additional charge of 60€ will be applied.
Upon check-in, if you notice any broken or damaged appliances or facilities, please promptly notify us, including a photo if possible.
-People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed in the house without the permission of the host.
-Keep the apartment clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment.
-Please switch off the lights when not in use.
-Please leave your shoes at the door, especially after a hike in the mountains.
-Before check-out all rubbish should be deposited in the respective bins, Floor -2
