With a simple, contemporary décor, designed for the comfort and well-being of visitors, this flat has all the facilities you need to enjoy a beautiful holiday on Madeira Island, whether for work or leisure.
The flat includes a living room with a sofa bed and air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. The bedroom gives access to an outdoor patio with a pleasant seating area and good sun exposure.
This property can accommodate a maximum of three people.
The building has a common entrance to this and other properties and is located on Rua 31 de Janeiro, one of Funchal's main arteries.

In the city centre there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Ferien in Funchal

FE Wohnung war okay ,alles ordentlich und sauber .Wohnung neuer Zustand.Personal und Taxi Service sehr gut .Leider an der Hauptverkehrs -Straße gelegen ,deshalb sehr laut .Das öffnen des Fensters im Wohnzimmer fast nicht möglich.
