Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring Funchal. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was large, stylishly decorated and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Second time stay. This year the service and breakfast seemed to have marginally regressed. The hotel is well placed on the edge of the old town. The rooms are of a good quality.

The location was was very good. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious enough but was getting a little worn. The only thing I really did not like was the bathroom door. It was an opaque plexiglass, I think, and it did not close well so it therefore did not provide much privacy.

A very nice boutique hotel. convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very safe area and walkable. Great breakfast and lunch! Not many other amenities, however we were not in hotel that much. The best is their staff. Friendly, smiling and very helpful with dinner suggestion, sightseeing and tours.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of everything. Super breakfast and healthy lunch options. No supper service. Rooms spacious w small balcony (ex attic). Friendly staff. Our bar fridge was not working even after 4 days of complaining

Friendly and welcoming staff at hotel reception but somewhat rude at the hotel restaurant. We stayed over the weekend and it was really noisy at night because of the restaurants around and loud hotel guests. The gym is tiny and in the basement, next to the restaurant bathrooms; it turned me down to use it. Getting in and out of the parking is a hurdle since you have to get the access code to the garage elevator from the Vine hotel. Overall, it is an instagrammable hotel but not one I will return in my next trip to Funchal.
