"We had a great experience here. The staff at the front desk and so friendly and hospitable. They even offers to pre-prepare a breakfast box for us since we had an early check out and would miss the continental breakfast time. Glad we stayed here! Very good price for what you get."

"Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, it has a gorgeous roof deck with a pool and a bar with stunning views of the harbor and the mountain. Wonderful service at the hotel, very walkable to shopping areas, the waterfront, the market and the gondola to Monte. The morning breakfast buffet was awesome as well. "

"The room was well appointed and clean. While it was difficult becoming accustomed to the European electrical system within the rooms, we were able to educate ourselves within a short period of time. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and the meals were very good. The parking was a bit difficult as the garage was tight but we managed. Overall, would recommend the hotel to others. "

"Absolute fantastic property right downtown Funchal, complimentary parking for guests and the room was large impeccably clean and beautiful. This property allows you to walk out the door to a myriad of restaurants and stores. Diana at reception was incredibly helpful. If you need Laundry there’s The Laundry Room is the place to go walking distance they provide detergent and are great. The roof top bar and pools are stunning with city views and an abundant menu. I cannot recommend enough. "
