"It was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful when required. The breakfast could do with some more variety as I got tired of it by the 3rd day. The room.service was great and the food from.the restaurant was very good and tasty. Wish the could replicate that with breakfast option. Overall we had a good time and commute from there was very good as there were options for both busses and taxes which was quite handy most times. The staff gave good recommendations on taxi app which was really helpful I must say. The spa was great I had the Thai massage which was really good. My daughter had the Swedish massage and it was great too. Pool very nice and the amenities was great. We enjoyed our stay our classic comfort room was very spacious thought the view from the balcony was not great. So rarely used it. The staff were always smiling and polite so I commend for that. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever fancy a visit to Tirana."

"The room was spacious and clean. It also had a kitchenette and washing machine which was appreciated although not used. The hotel was generally clean with sheets and towels regularly changed. Breakfast was good and the staff were flexible enough such that you could have breakfast after the specified time. I will gladly come back here."
