Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

Entrance and first floor are very nice. Room was a little tight for 2 people, and we had 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. Tv was mounted by the window which was odd.

The staff was super helpful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby as well as shopping. The 7eleven downstairs was very convenient. Would stay again.
