We spent Christmas and New Year at Robinsons Maldives and it was the best holiday we have ever had. The resort is beautifully run, immaculate, and calm. Andreas deserves special praise — his leadership is evident in every detail, from the festive surprises to the overall atmosphere. The staff were exceptional. Harry “Pudding” created extraordinary desserts, explained with pride and worthy of a Michelin-level kitchen. Nazraan (Jordy) brought constant warmth and laughter, and Suma added elegance and insight through her talks on Maldivian life. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was outstanding — even after two weeks we never ate the same thing twice, and the vegetarian options were the best we’ve ever experienced. Christmas Eve dinner was unforgettable. Our beach bungalow was spacious with private access, calm seas, and incredible coral right outside. The Sundown Bar at sunset was stunning, entertainment varied nightly, and snorkelling was exceptional with vibrant coral, abundant marine life, and even a resident turtle. A truly special place — we can’t wait to return. Emma & Steve x

The resort is lovely. Snorkeling enthusiasts will be in heaven. Food is great with different themes every day. All inclusive package is definitely a winner. Everywhere I have been is super clean. Areas of improvement: the pool is bit deep for shortie like me to enjoy it fully. Transport to the island could be more transparent and easier to understand. Not much indoor entertainment options on rainy days apart from the bars. Very basic amenities. The soap bottles are awful, but that’s pretty much it. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

I booked this resort for my honeymoon. My husband and I loved it! Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I made the booking on Expedia with the option to make full payment at the property but I started receiving messages few weeks before our arrival saying that I had to make full payment before arriving on the island otherwise our booking will be cancelled. So I was forced to make the payment before arriving at the resort while I was still dealing with wedding planning as I didn't want anything to go wrong for my honeymoon.

The dream vacation!!! I was a little hesitant traveling so far California to the Maldives but let me tell you, it was definitely worth it!!! Robinson resort has all the extra travel deals to their private islands mapped out. After our commercial flights, we arrived in the main island Male. We were greeted by a Robinson representative who check us in for our small jumper flight, took our luggage and escorted us to a lounge to clean up and they offered a good little breakfast while we waited for the next small flight. After that we took a short beautiful boat ride to the Robinson Island. When we arrived it was EVERYTHING that you dream of! I actually cried it was so beyond breathtaking. The staff welcomed with champagne (my favorite) and took us to our water bungalow. In the bungalow snacks and refreshments were left out for us. The first day we didn’t even leave the bungalow other than to eat dinner. It’s was so beautiful and relaxing after our long travels. Over the course of 8 days the staff was above and beyond! Every day different variety of food and entertainment. We actually tried a lot of new and amazing foods. It’s very rare I like the food at an all inclusive after a few days but not at the Robinson. Even their pizza was amazing and hand made. Food was phenomenal! We had a blast paddling boarding, kayaking and snorkeling daily. Lots to see and oh so beautiful!!!! Every day was nothing less than amazing!

The two weeks holiday trip was amazing. The complete Robinson Team was friendly, helpfull and more than competent int their job they did. For us it was a full relaxed time. The food was so amazing that since we are at home, we planned to avoid the restaurants for the next couple of month because this was there an high standart. Amazing... one of the most beautiful place I've been visited before... the room (I was in the bangaloo over the water) was perfect... size... bathroom... swimming pool... all clean... perfect place... the attendants are very capable, so kind (it makes the difference), food was very varied (cow meat, chicken, pork, fish, rabbit, vegetable, salads...), sports, spa, tours, and we have used all of this... I do recommend!!

Wir hatten einen Gartenbungalow. Die Wege sind überallhin nicht weit. Es war sehr ruhig. Zum Wasser ein paar Schritte haben wir gern in Kauf genommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war grandios. Wir kommen wieder, nur schade, dass es soweit ist.

4 Wochen traumhafter Urlaub in einem botanischen Garten - langweilig? Gibt es hier nicht - Sport und Unterhaltung sind gross geschrieben. Wenn man das Schnorcheln zudem liebt (weshalb nebst Tauchen Viele ja auf die Malediven reisen), so bietet das Riff (auch wenn wie überall auf der Welt nicht mehr alles unbelastet ist) hier überdurchschnittlich viel. Zudem geht das Riff rund um die Insel und an den meisten Stellen an absoluter Strandnähe - gefährliche oder unangenehme Strömungen gibt es hier nicht. Das Essen ist nicht nur hervorragend, sondern wird liebevoll an mindestens 6 Stationen von den jeweiligen Köchen liebevoll zubereitet und wie in gehobenen Restaurants wundervoll auf dem Teller angerichtet und ist a.o. abwechslungsreich - Schlacht am Buffet somit Fehlanzeige; ergänzt durch Salat-/Käse- und Dessertbuffets. Alle Villen von Gartenvilla bis zu den neuesten Wasservillen sind sehr gepflegt und grosszügig gestaltet. Wie in jedem Resort oder Hotel auf der Welt - not all is perfect. Gegebenenfalls werden aber allfällige Mängel/Beanstandungen umgehendst bearbeitet/erledigt. Das Wohl des Gastes wird von Management und Personal mit grosser Herzlichkeit gelebt. Wer einmal hier war, kommt meist (mehrmals) wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter des Clubs sind unglaublich! Die Essensauswahl ist ebenso außerordentlich gut. Zu empfehlen ist das Spezialitätenrestaurant! Ein Erlebnis sondergleichen :-) Erwähnenswert bleibt auch Vivien, die den Clubdirektor Andreas während meines Aufenthaltes vertrat. Sie schafft es Gästen dieses außergewöhnlich magische Urlaubserlebnis zu bescheren

Der beste Urlaub den wir je hatte ! Wir hatten bereits hohe Erwartungen als wir Robinson gebucht haben aber Robinson Maledives hat es nochmal komplett übertroffen. Das Personal hat sich nach kurzer Zeit angefühlt als wären es Freunde. Das Essen war in Anrichtung und Qualität in einem hohen Standart. Die Insel und Zimmer waren super sauber. Schön war auch wenn man Kontakt und Aktivitäten möchte kann man das mehr als ausreichend bekommen, wenn man aber Zweisamkeit und Ruhe haben möchte fühlt es sich an als hätte man die Insel für sich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Wassersportkollegen die uns tolle Erlebnisse bescherten, die guest relation Managerin schaut regelmäßig ob alles nach unseren Wünschen ist und der Manager des Hotels steht morgens um 4:30 Uhr bei Abholung mit uns in der Lobby und verabschiedet sich von allen persönlich. Das ist ein Service den man nicht oft sieht. Danke an das komplette Team! Eins ist klar wir kommen wieder!

Es ist einfach wunderbar im Robinson Maldives. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Das Hausriff perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Alles ist sehr ruhig. Perfekt für Ferien zu zweit. Das All Inclusive Angebot ist sehr grosszügig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Séjour inoubliable.

Prise en compte par l'équipe dès l'arrivée à Malé et déjà un avant gout. Accueil souriant et aux petits soins. Le voyage jusqu'à l'hôtel est long mais ça vaut la peine d'attendre. Un cadre sublime, une équipe menée par le manager Andreas souriante et aimable comme dans peu d'hôtels. Les buffets sont très bien matin et midi et parfaits le soir, choix de poissons frais, filet de boeuf black angus, plats asiatiques...différents tous les jours, presque tout est fait à la minute. C'est bon et beau. Le bungalow sur la plage, le snorkeling juste devant, le gang de requins qui passe et repasse. Tout est fidèle aux photos du site. Certainement notre meilleure expérience en terme de rapport qualité/prix de ces 20 dernières années. Deux conseils : n'oubliez pas un bon appareil photo sous marin et les bungalows entre 1305 et 1320 sont parfaitement situés. Je recommande sans réserve.

- Personal Ohne Frage bekommt man hier ein Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein. Schon beim Betreten der Insel kann man sich völlig entspannen, auch der der "Checkin" geschieht in einem äußerst angenehmen Umfeld und völlig Zwangfrei. Es werden kurz die "Regeln" der Insel bzw. des Tagesablaufs erklärt, was doch wirklich hilfreich ist. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter leben Kundenorientierung und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben, wie auch sehr wertgeschätzt. Generell bekommt man das Gefühl, dass auch zwischen den Mitarbeitern ein ordentliches Verhältnis herrscht und das Management ebenso sehr vernünftig mit den Mitarbeitern umgeht. - Anlage Insel: Sehr klein - kommt einem aufgrund des Designs und der cleveren Wegeführung aber viel, viel größer vor. Gut gepflegt, so paradiesisch, wie man es auf den Malediven erwartet. Man ist fast ausschließlich Barfuss unterwegs. Poolbar / Swim-up Bar: Überhaupt auf den Malediven schwer zu finden - für uns wichtiges Kriterium... Personal immer gut gelaunt und offen, Getränke super. Cocktails mit hochwertigen Alkoholika. Rauchen in der Poolbar nicht erlaubt (nebenan schon). Musik vorhanden, aber nicht nervig / aufdringlich. Nennenswert ist das sehr gut zum schnorcheln geeignete Hausriff - hier gibt es einiges zu sehen (bin Ex-Taucher). Arzt vorhanden und vernünftig in der Beratung. Fitnessraum gut. - Zimmer Wir hatten ein Wasserbungalow mit Pool. Das Gebäude ist nicht ganz neu, aber gepflegt. Technisch einwandfrei.
