"If you have a room for 4 then stock towels for 4-had to always ask for towels - because you were price gouging due to it being state fair rooms should have been cleaned and made up daily. Otherwise we did not have a problem with our stay."

"I'm guessing the owner, was not real nice when I checked in. Microwave didn't work in my room and I had to keep jiggling the toilet because it would get stuck and keep running and running."

"This was both a business and social trip for us. There was plenty of room to set up my computer for work and to come and go to see customers in town. There was only two of us so we didn't need the basement and only used two of the bedrooms upstair. We had plenty of room for cooking and having a few family or friends over. The backyard was excellent but it was too hot to really enjoy on this particular trip. It is Hutchinson, Kansas in August so the heat was to be expected. We didn't have a pet but the fence in backyard would be perfect for that. The only thing we wish they would change is to put blinds on the front two livingroom windows that can be closed in the evening. We put towels over the bottom half of the windows so no one could see in when we were sitting on the couch in our jammies watching TV. Also, the sprinkler system needs to be adjusted so that our vehicle doesn't get soaked down every morning. We tried moving it to different spots in the driveway but couldn't escape the sprinkler. We had to dry off the vehicle every morning once the sprinklers shut off. Those changes would be nice, but neither issue is a deal breaker. We plan on renting this location again in the future."
