Stayed for three nights, no room clean service, had to request towels repeatedly. The floor slops about 5%, be careful while walking. Outside was noisy, all kinds of trucks rumbling all night long.

Management is hapless. Before coming I wrote through Expedia where I booked asking for details on parking. No response. After checking in I received a message asking for my feedback. I indicated I wanted to complain. The elevator was out and I wanted to complain among other things. I was told the manager would call me. That never happened. They wrote asking for a phone number so the manager could call. But no call was received. The repairs on the elevator continued for five nights of our stay. By day two there was oil smell coming from the elevator filling the lobby and corridors. All in all, the management is poor.

CitizenM Bowery is very convenient and closely located near SoHo. The basic rooms are very small, so if you don't plan on staying in the room for too long, then this is a good bang for your buck.
There are many subway lines around the hotel, many restaurants and shops as well. The hotel recently got acquired by Marriott so we are excited to see how they blend the two together. We would definitely stay at this hotel again (but definitely upgrading to a bigger room).
