Gîte "Le bord'Eau": between river and greenway

The house is located at the edge of a small village, Condat, where most residents live year-round. The atmosphere is simple, friendly, and warm.



On foot or by bike, you can follow the Lot River. Parking is available right next to the garden. A car is convenient for reaching the market, supermarket, gourmet markets, restaurants, and for visiting the main attractions nearby.



This peaceful cottage sits between the river and the Greenway. It's a lovely spot for fishing and a comfortable place to watch birds. It's also a great base for walks and for relaxing before or after visiting famous sites such as Bonaguil, Montpazier, St Cirq la Popie, Lascaux, and more.



On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The staircase offers a beautiful view of the river. Start your day with joy as soon as you step outside.



A shed is available for storing your bikes or other equipment. Cleaning is the guest's responsibility, but a cleaning service is available for an extra fee.



The house and its riverside garden are entirely yours to enjoy a peaceful and revitalizing stay.
