"The hotel is currently doing renovations so by 9am you hear that but it really didn’t bother us because we were up by 6 and in the parks by 8am. The gym is closed during renovations. They did send up a sweet birthday gift for my son so that was really special. Overall a great stay! We have stayed here many times and will be back again for the next Disney trip:)"

"Early check in (with a fee) was great for my early flight. Lovely staff (as always). Our favorite place to stay. I do wish the bathrooms had shower wands and updated shower fixtures- the sprays are always hit and miss (no pun intended) with how well they work and where they spray. The tubs also sometimes have a clean drain and sometimes a lazy drain, but it’s such a well kept property and the staff are so kind and friendly."

"Simply the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were impeccable. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. The facilities were beautiful. The location was perfect. The only two minor issues are that the elevators can get crowded and the pool was a little bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. W will absolutely stay again."
