Townhouse with Year-Round Pool and Private Garage

A 144 m² townhouse spread over three floors, in the Torreblanca del Sol development, a quiet residential area in the upper part of Fuengirola, with mountain views. The whole house for up to 5 people, with a private garage inside the property itself: no hunting for parking here.

The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a third one with a single bed. There is also a separate toilet. Every bedroom and the living room have air conditioning with heating, and there is a television and WiFi throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, with pots, pans and tableware. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and wardrobes. Bed linen, towels (2 sets of bed linen per bed and 2 towels per guest) and toiletries are included, and there is a cot at no extra cost for anyone travelling with a baby. There is no high chair.

The layout follows the three floors: on the street level you have the kitchen, the living room, the furnished terrace, the patio, the single bedroom and the toilet; on the middle floor, the double bedroom and the twin bedroom, each with its bathroom; and on the lower floor, the private garage and the washing machine, with direct access to the development. The development has a communal outdoor pool open all year round, with a garden and sun loungers.

As for the location: Torreblanca beach is about 2 km away (28 minutes on foot, 6 by car) and Torreblanca train station, on the C-1 line towards Málaga and the airport, is 1.6 km away. The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away, the centre of Fuengirola a 14-minute drive, Bioparc 12 minutes and Málaga Airport 19 minutes. This is a house to come to by car, which is why the garage is included.

We are a local team on the Costa del Sol: we meet you in person on arrival (between 3 pm and 11 pm), hand you the keys, show you around the house and explain how everything works. You can write to us in Spanish or English, before, during and after your stay.
