Summary:

Welcome to this nice apartment in top condition in Urbanisation Don Juan! Enjoy a year-round pool, lush gardens, and a prime location near Playa Carvajal’s top beach bars like La Cubana and El Califato. The train station is just a 10-minute walk, connecting you to Fuengirola, Málaga, and the airport. Perfect for a relaxing Costa del Sol escape!



The Space:

There are also a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby and the 8km long promenade, which is 500m away. When you step into the apartment, you are first met by the bright hall with the black marble floor and the fully equipped kitchen on the right. Here are all the amenities such as filtered tapwater, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and much more. Continue through the apartment to the left and the large living room opens up with a dining group for 6 people, fast WIFI and a Smart TV to enjoy your favourite Netflix series or YouTube. Furthermore, you have a large balcony with incredible views of the area and the Mediterranean, where you have a dining group as well as 2 sunbeds. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, with a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. All rooms are equipped with A / C, which provides both cooling and heating. The apartment also has a private parking in the underground garage.

Conveniently, the train station is just a 280-meter walk away, offering frequent services three times an hour to Fuengirola center, as well as direct connections to Malaga city and the airport.



In addition to the beach, Carvajal offers a variety of nearby restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach. The area also boasts an 8km long promenade, just 700 meters away, perfect for strolls with beautiful sea views. It’s an ideal location for those looking to enjoy the perfect balance of relaxation, convenience, and coastal charm.



Getting Around:

The train station is just down the hill and will take you to Malaga airport and city in no time, as well as to Fuengirola center (3 stops from Carvajal)

Holiday on Fuengirola

a fantastic apartment close to the sea and train to Fuengirola and Malaga But an overhaul of the inventories is probably a must in the future
