Incredible apartment located in the most prestigious new construction urbanization on the Costa del Sol: Higuerón West.



Living in this apartment is a luxury experience with all the amenities you could desire, and everything within your reach is new and of exquisite quality.



The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large open kitchen concept with dining and living areas. The living room opens to a large terrace with the feeling of the two spaces merging into one. You'll love it!



From the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the community pool area, open all year round from 10:00 to 20:00 hrs; the Mediterranean Sea and North Africa on the sunniest days, it is impossible to resist sitting here and enjoying the beautiful sunset and sundown.



The Higuerón West complex offers beautiful green areas within a secure urbanization. The atmosphere is exclusive and relaxed, perfect for your vacation. Additionally, you have the option to book at the incredible sports club located right next door, or reserve a treatment at the charming spa connected to the Hilton hotel. In the same complex, you will also find several delicious restaurants. (Any activity at the Sports Club Higuerón or Spa has an additional cost).



The El Higuerón area is one of the most popular on the coast. Going down the hill, two kilometers away, you have the long seafront promenade of Fuengirola, full of bars, restaurants, shops and, of course, an incredible sandy beach. In the same area, called Carvajal, where you will also find popular beach restaurants and bars such as Trocadero, Gecko Beach Shack and La Cubana. You will feel the summer vibes! Not forgetting that the Carvajal train station is less than 2 km away and provides very easy access to both the airport and shops, and not least, to the city center of Málaga.
