"Excellent setting and great apart from three minor things. 1. For a hotel this size I would have expected hot drink making facilities in the room. 2. The pillows were soft and lumpy. 3. Evening food menu was very limited, and when ordered it took 50 minutes to arrive, there were no apologies for the wait, and the chips were cold ( not even warm). They off to replace them but I wasn’t prepared for another wait. Restaurant staff were very somber. However, the hotel was very comfortable and conveniently placed for what we needed x"
