Property composed of main house and outbuilding 28 km from the centre of Asti, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Fubine, 16 km from the centre of Alessandria, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: property 14 ha, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 24. Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Italy Trip

We had a lovely stay in Villa Remotti. Our property managers were awesome and helped us at any given moment. We were two couples that were able to stay in one apartment (the one with the kitchen and living room). The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but really needs an oven or microwave. It is important for travelers to wash when staying in a VRBO. Although the washing machine was more than adequate, a dryer(electric) or bigger clothesline would be helpful, especially with more than 4 people. Some of the reviews said shopping and restaurants were within walking distance which they were not. Perhaps in your description of the property, it should be mentioned that it is two separate apartments (one without kitchen and living room.) Overall, Villa Remotti is a beautiful residence and was perfect for our needs.

Keine Erholung

Leider ist das Haus in einem sehr heruntergewirtschafteten Zustand. Türen lassen sich nicht schließen, Steckdosen sind defekt, Stühle sind kaputt. Wenn es regnet wird der komplette Hof überschwemmt. Wenn man an den Pool möchte muss man erstmal über ein anders Grundstück laufen. Am Pool waren hunderte Wespen und Hornissen, somit konnte dieser nicht genutzt werden. Uns wurde dann ein andere Pool zur Nutzung angeboten. Dort waren weniger Wespen, aber das Wasser im Pool war nicht sauber.

Magnifique séjour !

La villa est spacieuse, bien agencée et les espaces extérieurs sont énormes ! Nous avons passé une formidable semaine en famille. S. qui gère l'intendance a été charmante et très serviable ! À l'inverse de nombreux avis négatifs sur la cuisine - nous avons trouvé qu'elle était parfaite pour une grande famille et très bien agencée. Attention aux chambres qui ne sont pas communicantes (si enfants en bas âge). Il y a des ventilateurs dans les chambres et une climatisation dans la salle à manger.

Veel ruimte voor ontspanning

Huis met veel mogelijkheden voor een ontspannen vakantie. Slaapkamers zijn allemaal boven en gescheiden (2x 2 slaapkamers) dus goed om rekening mee te houden. Aparte goed ingerichte keuken maken het compleet. En natuurlijk mooie zwembad en zelfs een tennisbaan! Minpunt was de vele muggen die buitenzetten in de avonden onmogelijk maakten.

virkelig lækkert sted, hvis man gerne vil slippe for Gardasøens danskertække. total ro og afslapning. virkelig søde værter, der dog kun kunne tale italiensk, men det gik også. virkeligt lækkert helt nyt køkken, som vi virkelig nød. bil er nødvendigt, da det er meget langt ude på landet, men tilsvarende roligt. kan kun anbefales hvis man gerne vil være alene og have ro

Preis-Leistung mangelhaft!

Wir sind mit voller Freude in der „Villa“remotti angekommen und wurden leider schnell enttäuscht. Das Haus hat ÜBERALL Mängel! Fast jeder Türgriff ist kaputt.Klodeckel defekt .Egal was irgendwas war.das Treppengeländer defekt ! Lebensgefahr ! Das eine wurde aber direkt repariert. Töpfe unbrauchbar. Das Haus ist nicht für 8 Leute ausgerichtet. Waschmaschine mussten wir erst reinigen vor Gebrauch ! Am Pool zu wenig liegen und Sonnenschirme.zum Pool musste man außen rum laufen!

sehr liebe Verwalter

Die Verwalterfamilie machte alles um den Aufenthalt sehr gut zu machen. Das Haus ist gut und die Lage ruhig (es gibt Naturgeräusche nachts). Fliegengitter sorgen für gute Schlafqualität. Dorf mit allem was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht fußläufig erreichbar. Bei Anfahrt nicht auf Google Maps, sondern auf die Beschilderung verlassen! Beschreibung und Nebenkosten (es gibt keine) sollten überprüft werden.

Die Möblierung der Zimmer war teilweise unvollständig (kein Schrank, keine Kommode, Bäder ohne Handtuchhalter, defekte Lüftung). Der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel war nicht vorgesehen. Trotz allem haben wir uns damit arrangiert und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Italienreise

Die Verwalter vor Ort waren sehr nett! Konnten aber nur italienisch sprechen.In zwei Bädern fehlten Haken und Seifennablagen in der Dusche.Im anderen Haus fiel andauernd die Therme aus und der Schalter im Sicherungskasten löste aus,wegen Überlastung.Das schlimmste war aber,das nach ein paar Tagen mit einer Plane ein Teil unseres Gartens abgeteilt worden ist und Handwerker im gegenüberliegenden Haus mit Bauarbeeiten anfingen.Lärm! Die Küche war mangelhaft mit Geschirr ausgesttattet.Kein TV

Piemonturlaub

Das Anwesen liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Randgebiet von Fubine. Pool und Tennisplatz konnte störungsfrei benutzt werden und befindet sich in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Der Zustand von Tennisplatz und Pool könnte jedoch verbessert werden. Die Küche ist für 8 Personen außerordentlich klein gehalten. Auch die Ausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein. Die Verwalterfamilie hat sich sehr um ein angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht.

Heerlijk huis, Riante kamers, kleinere keuken

Heerlijk ruim huis, met grote wnk en 2 slk met elk natte ruimte. 2e aparte deel met 2 slk ook met elk natte ruimte en grote vriezer, extra koelkast en wasmachine. Ventilatoren op de kamer, geen airco. Heerlijke buiten zitjes, tennisbaan en zwembad met ligbedden. Veel buitenruimte! Een paar kleinere nadelen, beperkt keuken(gerei), geen (combi)magnetron/ oven. In badkamer geen hangmogelijkheid voor handdoeken. Rustige ligging, iets ver van leukere plaatsjes in zuidelijke piemonte

Rust en ruimte

Echt genoten van onze vakantie in Villa Remotti. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de concierge en haar famile en kregen verse groenten uit de moestuin. De woning is heel proper met grote kamers telkens met een badkamer. De auto kon op een overdekte binnenkoer staan vlak voor onze woning. Het zwembad is prachtig en ligt in een grote tuin, zalig. Minder praktisch: zwembad is een heel eind lopen, kleine keuken met weinig gerei en 2 aparte ingangen voor de kamers. Een topplek!

Beginnersfoutjes?

Domein zeer mooi, in de omschrijving best wel te vermelden dat het even stappen is naar het zwembad (zeker met kleinere kinderen). Hondenhok in de tuin van het vakantieverblijf is vreemd, niet iedereen is een hondenliefhebber. Keukengerei zeer beperkt. Enkele werkzaamheden waren nog niet af (oprit, verlichting buiten). Geen vliegenramen! Wel een aanrader gezien de massa's muggen. WIFI zeer onstabiel.

SCHÖN UND RUHIG GELE'GEN

Die Villa liegt ca. 1,5 km außerhalb von Fubine, ruhig eingebettet inmitten von Weinbergen. Die Verwalter sind immer zur Stelle, helfen wo sie können. Ein großes Manko sind allerdings fehlende Handtuchhalterungen in den Bädern .
